For the first two years that I was doing needlepoint, I would just lick the thread and struggle to feed it through the needle. To be honest it always kind of grossed me out, so when I heard about a needle threader I knew I had to get my hands on one.
Needle threaders have made the process of threading a needle so much easier!
All you have to do is the following:
1. Hold your needle threader up with the hook up
2. Pop the needle threader through the eye of the needle (or the hole in the center of the needle.
3. Loop the fiber through the hook
4. Wiggle the needle through the hook so that the needle is threaded
5. Pull the fiber all the way through so that it is free of the needle threader
6. Pull the fiber so that there is about three to four inches where the thread is doubled
7. You are ready to begin threading.

Where do you buy a needle threader? - They should have one at your local needlepoint store, craft store, or you can always find one on amazon if all else fails.
