Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

We accept returns of new, unworn merchandise in original packaging within 14 days of purchase if you aren’t happy with your order. Your return has to be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your purchase (per postage tracking delivery date).  

New merchandise is eligible for a full refund, minus any shipping charges, and will be returned in the original form of payment. 
All return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense, unless the incorrect item is shipped or the item shipped is damaged.
To process a return or exchange, send an email to: bryn@shopbhartzell.com with the item you'd like to return and name on the order (and reason for returning). Pack up your items, include the printed invoice or receipt and ship your return to
